PCC has been providing a comprehensive technology solution for school districts for years. This solution insures that when you budget for technology support and services you can insure that you will
be exactly on budget, as it eliminates all the costs associated with outsourcing your upper level technology problems.
To accomplish this, PCC places a full-time technician to work on-site with your technology needs. This person will deal with any issue that may arise, however, if the issue is out of his expertise he will just pick up the phone and call our support desk who will in-turn assign your issue to a highly qualified technician that has the expertise in that exact area. From that point, no matter what the problem is, it will be solved as PCC will use all levels from within or outside our staff for resolution at no additional charge to the district.
PCC uses a “team approach” to lead the district's technology. Using not only the resources from our company, but also the expertise that resides within the district itself. No one knows how the customer's technology should be run better than the people who use it.
