Systems Engineer
My name is Jordan Crippen and I have been employed with Pine Cove since 2013. I am a native Montanan and was raised in Colstrip, MT with 4 other siblings. I received my IT – Network Management degree from the University of Montana and several professional level certifications as well. I started working in the technology field when I was a junior in high school. I was intrigued about how the inner workings of large networks function and operate, and knew I wanted to make it my career.
What I love about Pine Cove Consulting is its sense of family and how we all work as a team to help all our customers. We are always striving to give our customers the best service and best products available. I enjoy going through the troubleshooting process to solve any problem in front of me. Everyday a new technology issue arises and that means a new challenge to overcome.
A typical day at Pine Cove for me is running our support service desk and helping customers with any issues they have. I also travel to our customer offices for system upgrades or to help triage a system wide network down situation.
In my spare time, I love seeing my family, hiking, hanging out with friends, watching movies and playing video games.
