The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring that all physical security projects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget. Job Details:

  • Salary: $65-80,000 Base Salary (Based on experience and acumen)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement physical security projects tailored to client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions related to physical security projects.
  • Conduct client site assessments to identify vulnerabilities and define security requirements.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and present proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to execute project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Provide regular status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Train clients' staff on newly installed systems and security protocols.
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations to gauge project success and gather client feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in physical security.

Technical Skills Desired - Preferred (but not required) Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or related
  • At least 2 years in client-facing or project management role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security a plus

Low-Voltage Technician

Job description

Overview: We are looking for a versatile Low-Voltage Technician to join our Client Services team. This role is essential for executing a variety of low-voltage projects across physical security, IT infrastructure, and other specialized applications. Based in the Montana-Wyoming area, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining low-voltage systems tailored to our client's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and troubleshoot various types of low-voltage systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, network cabling, and audio/video setups.
  • Work closely with Project Lead and other team members to assess client needs and prepare for installations.
  • Read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Prepare project documentation, including system drawings, equipment lists, and end-user manuals.
  • Assist in developing project scopes, estimates, and timelines.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines while working on-site.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and project managers to ensure client satisfaction and project completion.
  • Train clients in the operation and basic maintenance of installed systems.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all tools and materials are available as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in low-voltage installations, ideally covering both physical security and IT infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling, networking components, and various low-voltage systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Montana-Wyoming area.
