Mike Baldacci

Systems Engineer

I have started working for Pine Cove in the Fall of 2021.  Prior to that, I have worked off and on in the technical and consulting field for nearly 20 years. I currently am an adjunct professor at Sheridan College teaching courses in the Computer Science Department, including CompTIA A+ certification for technical support and computer maintenance.

What do you love about Pine Cove Consulting?

I love the fact that I am constantly challenged and learn something new every day. The whole Pine Cove team is always very helpful and prompt in providing support and training where necessary, to ensure that the customer is always taken care of.

What is a typical day at Pine Cove like for you?

My typical day revolves around supporting the technology deployed throughout all of Sheridan County School District #1. I am either working on current issues brought in by our ticketing system, or working on other projects for future deployments. I spend a lot of time going to the various sites, getting to know the staff and the unique issues for the district.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I enjoy many outdoor activities with my wife, kids, and three dogs.  We enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking in the Big Horn Mountains. We also are die-hard Denver Bronco fans. As season ticket holders, we try to make it to as many home games as the weather will allow.
